Gunter Thiede, an internationally known and respected dressage trainer, runs his training stables
at 32356 Mulholland Highway, Malibu.

Thiede is certified with the German Riders Federation, and competed successfully at Grand Prix in international competitions in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, England, and France.

Because only a select few riders can compete in dressage competition on an international scale, those who rise to the upper level in this area of equestrian sport, are truly among the top equestrians in the world. wrote Berndt Hildebrandt - German Olympic Federation, of Thiede.

Gunter trained with Harry Bold, Walter Zettl, Wolfgang Boehm and managed the training, breeding and showing of horses in galas all over Germany. He moved to Rome and trained the riders of the Italian Olympic A and B team.

The gated facility has 24-hour full service with large pastures, on-site massage therapy services, an equipped gym, and lounge with espresso bar. Shows and clinics are held regularly. Other discipline trainers are veteran Leslie McNiff with hunter/jumpers.
